Description
These crates are made from 3/4″ Birch plywood all the way around. They have great strength and a smooth look. We use steel brackets with bolts to ensure maximum strength to protect your shipment. We use latches that make it easy to reuse the crate over and over again. All components are ISPM-15 compliant for your international shipping needs. These crates are rated for 100 lbs per square foot (A typical 40×48 skid size would be rated for 1300 lbs when loaded equally).
If you need extra protection, add 1″ foam all the way around the inside of the crate. We use a closed-cell polyethylene foam which is black in color and doesn’t leave dirt like white polystyrene foam.
